The hotel had a disappointing first impression with unhelpful late-night staff and a lingering weed smell in the non-smoking room. However, the room was spacious and clean, with friendly room service and smooth checkout. The location was convenient, close to Times Square. Anton at reception went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special. Some issues with outdated furniture, small TV, noise from neighbors, and breakfast area overcrowding.

LOVED the breakfast thanks to Rahman. Rooms were clean but a bit small. Staff were super friendly. Definitely coming back! Photos don't show the true warmth of the staff.

Booked a room with two queen beds on an upper floor. Its location a 10-15 minute walking distance from a well-maintained lawn was best possible. The bar was nice.

The staff at the Four Points by Sheraton Midtown were exceptional, with Georgelina standing out for her kindness. The room was spotless, and the comfortable bed made for a restful night's sleep. Conveniently located near Times Square and the subway, this hotel offered everything I needed for a pleasant stay. Breakfast options were varied and delicious, though a few homeless individuals frequented the area. The closed rooftop terrace was a disappointment, and the heating unit emitted a strange smell, but overall, I had a delightful experience and would happily return.

Everything was very good, had a fairly nice stay out of service for the entire 10 days of our stay. The hotel was in the very central setting very close to everything.

The service was excellent - the front desk team was very responsive and helpful, offering good advice and a nice touch by providing cold water and coffee in the lobby. The gym was convenient for quick workouts, and the fast internet speed allowed me to easily conduct Zoom calls with my team and customers. The central location was perfect for my meetings around the city. However, the elevator situation could be frustrating at times, with one out of service, making it a bit of a hassle during busy hours.

Just a heads up, some dodgy characters lurk nearby at night, so best not wander alone.

I chose this hotel for attending a forum because it provides an ideal location for conference and tradeshow participants. The hotel's central location and accessibility to subway stops made it convenient for my business travel needs. The staff was professional and accommodating, adding to a positive experience during my stay.

I was disappointed by the lack of a business center or dedicated workspace within the hotel. Having a dedicated space for business tasks or meetings would have enhanced the hotel's appeal for business travelers like myself.

I chose Four Points for its ideal location near the Manhattan Skyline, and I was pleasantly surprised by the excellent parking facilities available to guests. The bar with terrace seating and the well-equipped fitness center with LifeFitness machines, yoga mats, exercise and medicine balls, free weights, and a wall of mirrors were also highlights. The on-site Gotham Bistro offered delightful dining options, and the hotel's proximity to amazing restaurants, eclectic shops, and well-known museums made for a vibrant stay.

Establishment very well located. The room(31 th floor) was comfortable and very clean, very nice view on the empire state building. Brand new bathroom. The proximity of port authority allows easy access to transport. The reception was smooth and efficient, the provision of hot chocolate in the late afternoon in the hall is a nice attention for the return visits. All in all, an establishment that responds well to the needs of a family stay in NY and offers a completely satisfactory quality/price ratio.

Modest hotel with good facilities and friendly staff, the location is excellent because you can go quickly to all the landmarks of NYC, public transportation such as bus and trains are steps away from the hotel, I would recommend it for couples who want to know the heart of NY.

The temperature in the room was very cold and I couldn't control the air conditioning.

I always return to this spot. Staff kindly assisted me when I forgot my things. It's perfect for my business trip with Wi-Fi, lounge, and fitness center. The 24-hour reception and security make me feel safe. Plus, the no-smoking policy is appreciated.

The suite on a high floor with a city view made me feel like a VIP. The comfy sofa bed and flat-screen TV were perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The tea/coffee maker was a lifesaver for my early mornings.

We stayed at a hotel that was very central, just minutes away from Times Square. the location was perfect and we had great connections to the airport. There was even an underground stop right around the corner, making it very convenient for us to get around. the hotel itself was clean and the staff were incredibly helpful. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a huge and comfy bed. the bathroom was also a good size and everything was very clean. We had all the amenities we needed, including a TV, coffee/tea machine, wardrobe, iron. the breakfast at the hotel was fantastic, with lots of options for hot food, a choice of yogurts, fresh fruit, freshly made waffles. the staff at the breakfast room were also very friendly.

the Delux King Room was incredibly spacious and the bed was so comfortable. We loved the powerful and hot shower, and the city view from our room was breathtaking, especially with the Empire State Building in sight. the hotel's location near Times Square was perfect, just a short walk away but still peaceful. the staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service, even allowing us to check in early without any extra charge. We had a wonderful stay at this venue. The location was perfect, right in the center, with easy access to all the attractions and great places to eat and shop. The staff, including Sebastian and a young lady whose name we forgot, were always smiling and helpful during check-in and check-out. Additionally, Rahman and Farrah provided excellent service at breakfast. The room was clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed and a peaceful atmosphere. We also appreciated that they allowed us to check in early at 10 am.

I stayed at Four Points for a week in Manhattan and it was the perfect base for exploring the city. The location was excellent, near all the amenities and transport links. The staff were courteous and always willing to help. Despite the current restrictions, our room was kept clean with daily housekeeping. The small but comfortable room had everything we needed and the free Wi-Fi was a great bonus.

I recently stayed at Four Points in Times Square for a week-long vacation. The location was perfect, with easy access to the subway and within walking distance of restaurants, parks, and theaters. It is just a block away from all the action of Times Square, making it a perfect choice for exploring the city. The staff are amazing, providing excellent service and attention to detail. We were so close to Times Square and the theatre district - it was insane! Plus, we could easily hop around Chelsea nightlife and hit up some of the most epic clubs. The energy of the city was wild and we soaked it all up, hitting the 5th Avenue Shopping and catching a show at one of the historic theaters. It was lit!

The only thing that could have taken things to the next level would have been if the hotel had a rooftop bar or lounge for us to chill and have a good time after experiencing the city's nightlife.
